Personal information is acquired from resumes submitted to Stephen Resources, through personal contact and interviews with Stephen Resources' consultants, and from reference checks. It is also collected directly from you when you submit personal details to us through our website. We rely on the candidate to provide true and up to date personal information, and unless we receive such information, we cannot optimise the selection process.

How your personal information is used

The information collected is used to identify appropriate candidates who fit particular job opportunities now, and in the future. It is used to assess skills, knowledge experiences and qualifications in line with job requirements to ensure the best fit.

Only with your permission will we disclose personal information to organisations and individuals who are our clients.

Your information is secure

All personal information is secure under lock and key and/or password and User ID protection e-security. Unauthorised persons do not have access to personal and other information.

You can access your personal information

Any client, Candidate or Stakeholder (as well as State and Federal Agencies for valid legal reasons) may request and receive access to personal information held by Stephen Resources. In the case of reference checks, the content of the reference check is made available but the personal identity of referees is not disclosed.
