Retained executive search
Stephen Resources also offers a retained executive search model which operates only on an exclusive basis. Payments are broken into three invoiced periods clearly outlined in our terms of business.
Retained Executive Search enables the client to be more heavily involved in the recruitment process whilst ensuring that their individual requirements are met at each stage of the process.

We have found that to be in a position to attain success with all our client requirements, key aspects of our consultants' methods need to be incorporated into everyday processes. These processes are performed both domestically and globally:
